We're working with a growing, eco-friendly company that supplies sustainable products to the hospitality industry, and they're looking for a Customer Service Support professional to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is confident on the phone, naturally personable, and enjoys building relationships with customers. You'll be a key point of contact for clients, supporting with enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience from start to finish.

The Role

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email

Processing and managing orders efficiently

Building strong product knowledge and becoming an expert in the company's offering

Supporting the sales team and maintaining strong client relationships

Assisting with general office management duties

Ensuring a high level of organization across daily tasks

Managing and updating customer data within the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and consistency

About You

Confident, friendly, and professional on the phone

Strong communication and customer service skills

Some sales experience would be beneficial

Highly organized with great attention to detail

Proactive and eager to learn and develop

A genuine interest in sustainability and working with a purpose-led business
