Job : Training & Sales ConsultantLocation : Colchester CO4 5NE

permanent, 3-4 days per week, hybrid

Salary : £30000-£40000 pro rata depending on experience

Role OverviewWe are seeking a commercially driven Training & Sales Consultant who can both win business and deliver high-impact training. This role combines sales, facilitation, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Sell training programmes and retainers

Deliver engaging training sessions( MIB,SIB)

Build long-term client relationships

Contribute to programme development

Candidate Profile

Proven experience selling training or consultancy

Confident presenter and facilitator

Commercial mindset

Self-motivated and results-driven

Desirable

Background in L&D or Business Consultancy

Experienced in Selling retainer based services

Coaching or training Qualification ( ILM, CIPD or equivalent)

Experience of working with SME's
