Hampshire County Council is hiring Secure Residential Support Workers for weekend shifts in Southampton. You will provide a safe and therapeutic environment for vulnerable children with complex needs, acting as a role model and forming trusting relationships.This role requires emotional intelligence, resilience, and a passion for helping children. Ongoing training and support are provided to develop personal and professional skills.You will work 17 hours every weekend, with shift patterns including early and late shifts.
