Excellent rates of pay: £14.75‐£15.75 per hour plus pension and holiday pay, equating to £17.03‐£18.18 per hour. Guaranteed income with full‐time minimum contracted hours (24 or 36 hrs). Free DBS check.

About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Complex Care Assistant to provide dedicated 2:1 support for a client in their own home. The role involves caring for an individual with a tracheostomy, ventilator support requirements, and a spinal condition including autonomic dysreflexia (AD). The role requires confidence in delivering high‐quality respiratory and clinical care, while building a consistent, trusting relationship with the client and their family. You will be fully supported by our in‐house Registered Nurses and specialist training team, with client‐specific training and competency sign‐off provided.

Shifts are 12‐hour day or waking night shifts on a rota basis – 08:00‐20:00 or 20:00‐08:00.

Key Responsibilities

Tracheostomy care and suctioning

Ventilator monitoring and support

Respiratory observations and escalation

Medication support

Personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks

Promoting independence, dignity, and safety at all times

Experience Required

At least 3 months' hands‐on care experience in a UK care setting or family support role

Confidence working with complex and clinical needs (tracheostomy/vent experience preferred; training provided if not client‐specific)

A compassionate, reliable, and professional approach
