Job description

Hospice of the Valleys is seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant for a fixed-term position in Ebbw Vale. The successful candidate will provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in their own homes, primarily during night shifts. Candidates must have a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care, be able to assist with personal care, and manage patient comfort effectively.The role involves communication with relatives and contributing to care plans.
