Immediate Starts available for experienced Care Assistants to work weekend hours in the Ilkeston area.We have rewarding work opportunities available for experienced Care Assistants to work for a small but busy care home housing up to 35 residents.Based in Ilkeston, you will work as part of the team following individual care plans and reporting any arising issues.You will take part in the daily activity sessions to entertain the residents and will also be expected to undertake housekeeping duties, including serving meals, feeding residents and laundry.Requirements Have 3 months experience within a similar care environmentHave a checkable work historyHave up-to-date mandatory training documents, Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling and Infection Control. Should you not have up to date certificates we can offer online training.Have an in-date enhanced DBS check. Should your DBS have expired we can offer the facility to arrange a new one for you.Additional Information WE DO NOT OFFER SPONSORSHIPSThis is an ongoing position.You will be working from 07:00 to 14:30 on Saturdays and Sundays.You will be paid £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.33 per hour after a successful qualifying period.
