Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Butlers Mews Care Home in Rugby. The role involves supporting the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care and monitoring the wellbeing of residents. You'll participate in care planning, assist with medication, and help develop staff.The ideal candidate will have NVQ Level 3 in care and at least 2 years' experience in a similar environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive, flexible attitude are essential.
