Position: Health Care Assistant

Care home: Greenacre Park

Location: 2 Elmdon Drive, Humberstone, Leicester, LE5 0BN

Contract type: Part Time – 5pm to 11pm (Nights) shifts, Weekends required

Rate: £12.71, increasing to £12.81 upon completion of Exemplar Care Certificate

Assisting people at meal times.

Understanding individual health and wellbeing needs.

Encouraging and supporting people to take part in social activities, both in and out of the home.

Promoting choice, dignity, independence and respect.

Completing and maintaining care records.

Qualifications / ExperienceRelevant experience and qualifications are valued but not essential for this role.
