LOCATION: We operate a Hybrid working model enabling you to divide your time between home (minimum 2 days a week) and our Studio in Thame, Oxfordshire.

ROLE: Full-Time

Job ScopeWe are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Interior Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of luxurious, bespoke interiors that reflect our commitment to timeless elegance and exceptional craftsmanship. Working under the guidance of senior designers, you will gain hands‐on experience across all stages of the design process, from concept development to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

Support Associate and Senior Designers in the development and coordination of interior architecture and design packages across high‐end residential projects.

Assist with the production of technical drawing packages using ArchiCAD (Revit experience also considered), including plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.

Support the detailing and development of bespoke joinery, bathrooms, kitchens, and interior architectural elements under the guidance of senior team members.

Assist in preparing hard finishes schedules, specifications, and coordinated drawing packages.

Help develop layouts and technical drawings in line with project requirements and design intent.

Produce rendered visuals, sketch visuals, and presentation materials to support design development and client presentations.

Develop an understanding of construction principles, spatial planning, and technical detailing through live project experience.

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and consultants to support the coordination and delivery of projects.

Attend site visits, surveys, and client meetings alongside senior designers.

Assist with site queries, drawing updates, and maintaining organised project documentation.

Source materials and finishes that align with the project aesthetic, technical requirements, and budget.

Produce accurate meeting minutes and assist the wider design team with project administration tasks where required.

Contribute positively to the studio environment with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to learn.

Requirements

A degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.

Proficient in ArchiCAD, or strong Revit experience preferred.

Strong interest in technical interior design and interior architecture.

Understanding of residential construction and technical detailing preferred.

Good eye for materials, proportion, and refined detailing.

Organised, proactive, and eager to develop within a collaborative studio environment.

Experience producing technical drawings and schedules beneficial.

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and rendering software advantageous.

Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
