Job Title: Support Workers – CYP (Children & Young People)

Salary/Rate: £17 – £26/hour

The RoleAs a CYP Support Worker, you will:

Provide structured, therapeutic support to children and young people

Encourage positive development through patience, understanding, and consistency

Maintain accurate daily records and reports

Work collaboratively with colleagues, our Care Management Team, and external agencies

Promote a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment

Essential Requirements

The Right to Work in the UK

Minimum 6 months' UK experience in a similar CYP setting

Three references (2 professional, 1 character)

In-date PMVA or Team Teach certificate (PMVA-trained applicants must be willing to complete Team Teach training)

Enhanced Child DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care preferred)
