About the RoleWe are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Care Worker / Support Worker to join our growing team. You will be supporting adults and/or young people with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health needs, helping them achieve their goals and maintain independence.

Key Responsibilities

Provide person-centred care and tailored support

Support individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and mental health conditions

Assist with personal care where required

Promote independence and daily living skills

Support with medication (following training and company procedures)

Assist with community access, appointments, and social activities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date care records

Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals

Requirements

Previous experience supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and/or mental health

Full UK driving licence

Access to your own vehicle (essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compassionate, patient, and reliable

Right to work in the UK

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it)

Experience in supported living or domiciliary care

Understanding of positive behaviour support
