Rush Court is an elegant Queen Anne style house set in its own grounds amidst the beautiful Oxfordshire countryside just outside Wallingford. Its 47 en suite rooms provide residential and nursing care on both long and short‐term bases, as well as end‐of‐life care.

About The RoleWe are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to deliver high‐quality, personal care that respects the dignity of residents and promotes independence. Working alongside our clinical and senior care teams, you'll help create a safe, engaging and comfortable environment where residents can thrive.

What You'll Do

Deliver personal care in line with care plans and procedures, documenting accurately.

Report any changes, concerns, incidents, or complaints promptly to senior staff.

Support residents with social activities, routines and meaningful engagement.

Maintain a clean, safe and secure environment and ensure equipment is used and stored safely.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with all policies; take responsibility for ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications & Skills

Secondary school education with good numeracy and literacy.

Ability to communicate clearly in English.

Level 2 in Care (or willingness to work towards it).

Experience caring for older people.

Basic knowledge of Care Workers' Codes of Practice.
