Hours27 hours per week

ShiftsAll Care Assistants will need to be fully flexible across a 7‐day rota system, which will be given in advance and will be expected to work every other weekend as required to meet the needs of the domiciliary care service. Early shifts start at 7 am and late shifts end at 10 pm.

Responsibilities

Provide all aspects of domiciliary care to residents, including physical and personal care and supporting social activities.

Promote and support the physical, emotional and well‐being of residents.

Encourage independence and self‐belief.

Ensure records and documents are completed in line with policy.

Person Specification

Hold a care certificate or be willing to undertake a care qualification.

Personable, an effective communicator and a team player.

Passionate about delivering a quality care service.

Flexible with hours.
