London - STARS Site Supervisor, Brand Ambassador

We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Supervisor and Brand Ambassador to join our STARS team, working for our high-profile client in the London area N1 6NN .

Job Details

40 hours per week

Monday – Friday (08:00 – 16:00)

£20.26 per hour

40 minute paid lunch

Responsibilities

Managing on‐site team (including rostering, holiday/sickness cover, HR queries/processes)

Meeting and greeting all staff, visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner

Delivering a consistently high‐end customer‐focused experience

Embodying a high‐performance approach and encouraging colleagues to do the same

Ensuring the workplace (reception, lobby, office, etc.) is visually of a high standard

Working closely with client contacts (Facilities Manager, Office Manager, etc.) to ensure the office and/or front‐of‐house environment is a great place to visit and work

Assisting in emergency situations

Providing timely and accurate information

Responding appropriately to varying and fast‐changing priorities

Building strong rapport with reoccurring customers (client staff, visitors, contractors, etc.)

Representing Securitas and the client organisation in a manner that is in‐keeping with the values, brand identity and culture of both

Patrolling, data monitoring and general security duties

QualificationsEssential Criteria

5 year checkable history

Exceptional customer‐service skills

Computer literate

Knowledge of HR processes

Previous supervisory/managerial experience

Essential Skills

Highest quality personal appearance

Flexible, professional and able to work under pressure

Outstanding written, verbal and oral communication skills

Customer‐oriented with a passion for high‐level service

Working knowledge of administrative computer packages such as MS Office, GSuite, etc.

Polite and proactive

Punctual and trustworthy

Able to use initiative and highly adaptable

Experience in customer service, front‐of‐house, concierge, hosting or customer‐facing role ideally within a corporate environment
