Junior Graphic Designer

Job description

We're looking for a talented Junior Graphic Designer to help deliver all graphic design across Revitalise Trust and Love Your Neighbour. You'll create high-quality visual assets across digital, social, email and print - helping us communicate our campaigns clearly, creatively and consistently to a wide range of audiences.

The deadline for applications for this role is Sunday 31st May. The salary for this role is £28,000.

Key responsibilities

Lead design delivery across all channels (social, email, digital and print)

Create engaging assets including posters, banners, leaflets, donor materials and social media graphics

Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistent use of brand across all touchpoints

Support marketing and fundraising campaigns with compelling visuals

Manage and prioritise multiple projects, delivering to deadlines and high standards

Maintain shared design resources (e.g. Canva, SharePoint) to enable wider team use

Design internal and external presentations and brand documents

Work closely with the Comms & Media team, including the Head of Comms

Understanding of brand guidelines and the ability to maintain brand consistency across all creative work

Excellent attention to detail and a desire to always deliver best‐in‐class assets

1-2 years' proven experience in digital and graphic design

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‐paced environment, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines

Knowledge of, and experience in, other design platforms such as Canva, Adobe creative programmes including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

A portfolio demonstrating your creativity, technical skills, and ability to execute design projects
