Children's Residential Care WorkerHours: Part-time - 30 hours (including sleep-ins, weekends, and shifts)Pay: £15.50 per hour + £70.50 per sleep-in

We are looking for caring and committed Residential Care Workers to join our team in Silver Birch Care (Residential Services). This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment where they can grow, develop, and achieve positive outcomes.

About the RoleAs a Residential Care Worker, you will play a key role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment

Building positive relationships with young people

Supporting care plans and daily routines

Maintaining accurate records and reports

Promoting independence and emotional wellbeing

What We're Looking For

Experience working with children and young people (preferred)

A genuine passion for supporting and caring for young people

Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care (or willingness to work towards)

A positive, resilient, and team-focused approach

Full UK driving licence (preferred)
