Are you looking for a rewarding and engaging role in complex clinical care? We're offering an exciting opportunity for a support worker to work alongside our client with complex needs in Anglesey, Wales.

About the RoleYou'll be supporting a young man who has complex needs due to a brain injury, including learning difficulties, epilepsy, PEG feeding and challenging behaviour. We're looking for someone with experience in complex care and the ability to build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

Experience in complex care and managing challenging behaviours

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

You'll need to be confident working independently and collaboratively, with the ability to build a trusting relationship with the client and their family.

Key Responsibilities

Monitoring condition

Support with daily/nightly routines

Assist with personal hygiene and mobility

Administer medication and monitor health

Provide emotional support and companionship

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members
