Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK for their application to be considered.Responsibilities To support the care, protection, and wellbeing of all residents, by treating them with respect and dignity, assisting with their protection and promoting their independence.Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower residents to achieve their personal goals and aspirations. Respect each individual's uniqueness and support them in making informed choices to live the life they desire, in accordance with their person-centred care plans.Promote the health and wellbeing of residents, ensuring that their physical, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs are met inclusively.
