As Twinkl continues to grow internationally, we're looking for an experienced International HR Business Partner to help shape and support our global people strategy with a particular focus on our US operations.

About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for an experienced senior HR professional who enjoys balancing strategic partnership with operational delivery.

As our International HR Business Partner, you'll work closely with international leaders to translate business strategy into scalable people solutions that drive performance, growth and organisational effectiveness across multiple jurisdictions.

You'll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders while also owning the day-to-day operational people processes that keep our international teams running effectively. Working across the UK, US and beyond you'll help create a seamless, joined-up employee experience through process improvement, operational excellence and smart automation.

This role will also take ownership of our relationship with our Employer of Record / Co-employer partner, TriNet, ensuring an effective and compliant partnership that supports our US workforce.

In this role, you'll:Partner with senior leaders to align people strategy with international business goals

Support the scaling of our US operations in line with Twinkl values, policies and ways of working

Lead strategic workforce planning activities, balancing growth, capability and cost

Drive operational excellence across international HR processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement

Build strong relationships across UK and international teams to create a more connected global approach

Manage and optimise our relationship with TriNet and other external partners

Coach and support leaders to make confident, high-quality people decisions

Shape organisational structures and ways of working that enable agility and accountability

Lead the localisation of global people initiatives to ensure regional relevance while maintaining strategic consistency

Ensure compliance with US employment legislation and local regulatory requirements

Use people data, engagement insights and organisational diagnostics to identify trends, risks and opportunities

What You'll Need to SucceedWe're looking for someone who combines strong commercial thinking with a pragmatic, hands‐on approach and thrives in a fast‐paced, international environment.

You'll bring:Significant experience operating in a senior HR Business Partner role within an international or global business

Strong working knowledge of US and UK employment practices and people operations

Experience managing Employer of Record (EoR) or Co‐employer relationships (TriNet experience would be advantageous)

The ability to influence, coach and constructively challenge senior leaders

Strong organisational design and workforce planning capability

A commercially minded approach, with the ability to connect people strategy to business outcomes

Experience leading complex change initiatives across multiple regions or jurisdictions

A passion for improving processes, simplifying ways of working and driving operational efficiency

Confidence working within matrixed, fast‐growth or scaling environments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly across global teams
