You'll support the design process from concept through to delivery—bringing creativity, curiosity, and attention to detail to every stage.This is a great opportunity to build your technical skills, develop your design voice, and contribute to meaningful projects rooted in our Living Design philosophy.Essential Requirements Strong design thinking and visual communication skillsAbility to support concept development through sketches, models, and presentationsKnowledge of technical drawings and documentationFamiliarity with Revit (or willingness to learn)Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Enscape or V-RayInterest in materials, construction, and spatial designGood organisational skills and ability to manage time and meet deadlinesStrong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approachProactive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn and developQualifications, Skills and Experience Demonstrate an ability to develop excellent design and technical skillsAbility to undertake on-going research of furniture systems, products, finishes and materialsGood interpersonal skills and a good team playerDemonstrate the ability to develop client management skillsGood AutoCAD and Revit skills and a good working knowledge of other project softwareExcellent hand drawing skillsGood colour senseA degree in Interior Design or Interior ArchitectureHave the ability to communicate professionally with both staff and clients.Possess an enthusiastic interest in design and creativityBe self-motivated and committed to achieving personal and company missions and visionsWhy join us?
