UKI Tax - Manager - International Tax and Transaction Services - Real Estate, Hospitality & ConstructionOverviewWe've got an exciting opportunity to join our international tax services team, recognised as leaders in international tax advisory and cross‐border M&A. You will work with large global corporations advising them on international tax planning and M&A deals, focusing on the RHC offering within the International Transaction Tax Service (ITTS) practice.
Key responsibilities
Manage the successful delivery of international tax services engagements, ensuring technical excellence and a commercial approach.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and provide high levels of client service.
Spot opportunities and involve colleagues to continuously develop our commercial proposition to clients.
Assist in winning work by proactively managing existing clients and contributing to winning new clients and engagements.

To qualify for the role you must have
Background in corporate tax with demonstrable advisory experience.
Qualifications such as ATT, ACA, CA, CTA or equivalent breadth of knowledge.
Strong technical skills and desire to develop further.
Experience working on international tax projects.
Project management skills, ability to plan, prioritise work, meet deadlines and monitor budget.
