Responsibilities

Providing person-centred, recovery-focused support

Supporting individuals with daily routines, personal care, and community engagement

Promoting independence and wellbeing

Building trusted relationships and advocating for those you support

Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with the wider team

You'll be working with individuals living with mental health conditions, supporting them to lead fulfilling lives in their own homes. The service is designed to empower people to regain confidence and independence through tailored support.

Additional InformationYou'll need strong communication skills (written and verbal), basic IT proficiency (Word, databases, email), and a willingness to learn. Previous experience in mental health support is helpful but not essential—we'll provide all the training you need.
