Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across the Network Operations Team
Respond to incoming telephone and e‐mail requests from customers, Zayo team, and 3rd parties
Raise and process tickets – Access, Trouble and Maintenance
Arrange and coordinate access to Zayo and 3rd‐party sites
Manage and coordinate ticket queue
Key Skills and Experience
Proactive mindset and attitude to ensure customer satisfaction in everything we do
Pragmatic and analytical approach to problem solving
Confidence to challenge existing processes
Ability to communicate effectively with in‐ and outsourced suppliers or partners
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding confidence, initiative and organisational skills
Proficiency in O365
Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs or requirements
