As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:

Lead and support a team of Care Assistants during night shifts.

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care in line with residents' care plans.

Carry out regular checks, medication administration, and accurate documentation.

Provide emotional reassurance and companionship to residents who may need extra support overnight.

Liaise with nurses, families, and other professionals to maintain exceptional standards of care.

Ensure a calm, safe, and homely environment throughout the night.

Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in social care level 2 or other relevant qualification

Proven ability and experience in safe administration of Medication

An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
