We deliver minimum 1-hour visits , giving you time to provide safe, person-centred support and build genuine relationships.At Home Instead Shrewsbury, Oswestry and Wem, we are recruiting Weekend Care Professionals to support clients in their own homes across our local area, with flexible weekend working options including every other weekend to support a healthy work–life balance.Job Description You will provide practical support and companionship, including:Companionship and emotional reassurancePersonal care support and daily routinesMedication prompts/support (where required)Mobility support and assistance with outingsMeal preparation and light household tasksQualifications Training and developmentNo experience is required — full training is provided. You will complete a structured induction and ongoing learning, with the option to undertake accredited training in Dementia Care and End of Life Care .
