Overview An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional nursing home based in the Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers.This special service provides exceptional, specialised care for those in need of residential, nursing and dementia care and offers a peaceful and comfortable haven for all residents.Requirements To be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalentResponsibilities Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residentsAssist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionshipEncourage independence, well-being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activitiesEnsure accurate record keeping at all timesSkills and experience (preferred) Have a genuine desire to care for othersA good team playerIn a remote location so a Driving Licence is desirable, however transport can be providedSalary and Benefits The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £12.60 per hour and the annual salary is £23,587.20 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 36 hours a week on days.
