Excellent rates of pay: £12.25/hr before 6:15pm & £13.25/hr after 6:15pm
After 3 months of service we pay an additional 50p/hr if you hold a QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care
PAID Care Assistant training
PAID travel time & mileage at 45p between client visits
PAID holiday
Evening, weekend and daytime work available from 10-35 hours per week, depending on your availability
Job DescriptionRequirements:
To work for us as a Care Assistant you need to have:
A desire to support elderly members of our community and a kind, caring nature
A valid driving licence and your own car
The right to work in the UK
The ability to travel to and from our clients in St Albans, Harpenden, Radlett and surrounding villages
QualificationsTo be a Care Assistant at Home Instead you do NOT need you to have experience of working in care or qualifications. We will provide all the training you'll need to feel confident when caring for our wonderful clients.
