As a New to Care Apprentice Care Assistant, you will:

Support residents with daily living activities in a kind, respectful and person‐centred way.

Build strong relationships with residents and their families.

Learn essential care skills from experienced practitioners.

Work as part of a team to provide safe, compassionate support and promote independence.

Whilst doing all of the above, remembering "fun and laughter!" are an essential part of everybody's day!
