Trident Healthcare is looking for Care Assistants to support the overall care team and work collaboratively during shifts to ensure continuity of services to residents. You will create a welcoming, supportive, and stimulating environment, building relationships with residents and their families.As a leading healthcare group, we operate care homes, health centers, dental centers, and hospitals worldwide. Our purpose is to help people live longer, healthier, and happier lives, making a better world.Reporting to: Manager, Nurse, or senior staff on dutyKey Tasks:Supporting daily living tasks such as personal care, hygiene, housekeeping, and mealtimes, including manual handling duties as required.Accessing and updating confidential records using a computer.Maintaining a schedule of medication intake.Ensuring the environment is safe and clean.Maintaining an environment appropriate to the needs of residents.Assisting residents with administrative tasks like paying bills and shopping for food.Working hours vary depending on ward needs, typically including long days or night shifts.All applicants must have the Right to Work in the UK already in place.
