Advantage Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Children's Complex Care Support Worker in Preston, UK. In this role, you will support an 11‐year‐old boy with complex health needs, including a tracheostomy and ventilator. Your responsibilities include delivering person‐centred care and promoting his independence.The ideal candidate should have experience in complex care or pediatrics, with strong communication skills and a patient, child‐centred approach. Shifts are available overnight and during the day while he attends school.
