About the Finance & Governance FunctionThe Finance & Governance Function delivers services globally, to drive control, risk management, integrity, profitability and efficiency; these services include: Finance Business Partnering (including Operational Finance), Group Financial Control, Financial Analysis, Tax & Treasury, Investor Relations, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), Risk, Internal Audit, and Legal & Company Secretary.

Academic requirementsYou must have attained or are due to graduate in 2026 with a degree (minimum of 2:2, desirable 2:1) in the following subjects:

Accounting

Finance

Business

Economics

Skills and experience

Have a strong interest and/or experience within Finance & Governance

Be willing to learn, and have demonstrated an aptitude for learning at pace

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work independently under appropriate supervision

Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels

Ability to prioritise workload and consistently meet deadlines

Ability to demonstrate a positive 'can-do' attitude, someone who is willing to learn and take pride in their work
