Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team.

Provide attentive care and to clients addressing their individual needs in their own homes

Assist clients with personal care tasks, including toileting and mobility support

Monitor clients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals

Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Respond promptly to any emergencies or unexpected situations

Administer medications as prescribed and maintain accurate records

Offer emotional support and reassurance to our clients

Perform light housekeeping duties as needed to maintain a clean and organized living space

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

QualificationsWhat we are looking for:

Previous experience as a Care Assistant although not essential as full training is given

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Empathetic and patient demeanour with a genuine desire to help others

Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in various situations

Basic first aid knowledge

Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and work schedules

Attention to detail in maintaining accurate records and following care plans

Valid UK Driving License and access to a vehicle for work purposes

Right to work in the UK

Previous care experience is helpful but not required – we'll get to know you and provide full training so you feel confident in your role.
