About the RoleWe are currently recruiting Agency Support Workers to support a newly established supported living service for individuals with mental health needs in the Burton-Upon-Trent area.This is a great opportunity to work within a small, well-supported environment , providing day-to-day support to residents in a calm and structured setting.

What You'll Be Doing

Carrying out welfare checks and providing emotional support

Building positive relationships with residents

Supporting with day-to-day activities

Assisting with medication counting (no administering required)

Updating notes and records on internal systems

Working as part of a team (no lone working)

What We're Looking ForWe're looking for reliable, proactive individuals who:

Have experience in support work and/or mental health settings (preferred)

Have a basic understanding of mental health needs

Are calm, engaging, and confident

Take initiative and are happy to get involved with residents

Can adapt quickly in a new service

Desirable:

Mental Health training

First Aid training

Experience working in supported living settings
