Pay: £12.88 per hour (Bank Shifts – Days or Nights)

We are looking for enthusiastic care assistants to join our team in Crewe. The role does not require previous experience or qualifications; we provide comprehensive training and support for your development.

Responsibilities

Support residents with personal care needs, ensuring dignity and respect at all times

Assist residents in participating in a range of activities: arts and crafts, gardening, shopping trips, football viewing, drama, musical evenings, and social occasions

Encourage and facilitate residents' health and wellbeing by engaging them in appropriate activities and support

Collaborate with the care team to deliver high‐quality, person‐centred care
