Healthcare Assistant – Complex Care (Church Brampton, Northampton)£15.20 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)

Day/Night shifts available.

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Assistant to support a lovely young boy in Northampton who lives at home with his family and pet cat. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently, and with dignity in their own home.

About The ClientOur client is a young child who enjoys watching films and going to the park. They benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role.

Jejunostomy care

Shifts Available

Weekday shifts - 10:00 - 18:00

What The Role Involves

Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client's home

Supporting with community access and social activities

Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks

Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support

Communicating effectively with the clinical, care, and coordination teams

What We're Looking For

Experience supporting people with complex needs

Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)

Strong communication and reliability

Empathy, emotional intelligence and person‐centred values

Ability to work independently and professionally
