Upon completing your probationary period, you will be eligible to join the 4 Day Week program, which allows you to work 20% fewer hours without a decrease in salary.

Salary: £26,227.5 per annum

Main duties of the jobThe post holder is responsible for supporting both the nursing and medical staff in the care and treatment of patients/clients attending Brook sexual health services. The role blends both clinical and administrative responsibilities recognising the importance of both elements in the smooth running of the service. The post holder works under the supervision of Registered Nurses/Midwifes in the delivery of patient care to a defined patient/client group and will at all times work within the boundaries of their existing and developing skills.

Key responsibilities

Support nursing and medical staff in patient care and treatment.

Perform clinical and administrative duties necessary for the smooth running of the service.

Follow guidance under the supervision of Registered Nurses or Midwives.

Maintain professional boundaries and continue developing skill sets.

Shift patterns: Every Saturday 10am-3pm and Tuesday 11am-7pm.

Qualifications and experience

Experience of working in a healthcare setting.

Proficient use of relevant IT systems, including Microsoft Office.

Understanding and knowledge of safeguarding people (desirable but not essential).

Required to have an enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK.
