Job SummaryAgency Care Assistants provide compassionate, person-centred care to clients, supporting them with daily living activities and promoting dignity, respect, and independence. This role is ideal for individuals with a caring attitude and a desire to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, medication support)

Assist with meal preparation, shopping, laundry, and light cleaning

Support clients with mobility and emotional wellbeing

Accompany clients to medical appointments, day centres, and social activities

Maintain accurate care plans and documentation

Build positive relationships with clients and their families

Work flexibly across weekdays, weekends, mornings, and evenings

Candidate Requirements

Caring attitude and willingness to make a difference

Desire to treat elderly and vulnerable people with respect

Reliability, flexibility, honesty, and hard work

Good communication skills and a sense of humour

Enhanced DBS check (provided free)

Right to work in the UK (full checks conducted)

Full driver's licence required

Preferred Qualifications/Experience

GCSE or equivalent

Care Certificate

1 year of care home or home care experience

Guaranteed hours for regular income
