An excellent job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Great Yarmouth, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providersThis care home provides support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs who would benefit from living in a more peaceful settingTo be considered for this position you must have an NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or equivalentAs a Support Worker your key duties include:Be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residentsAssist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionshipEncourage independence, well‐being and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activitiesEnsure accurate record keeping at all timesThe following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:Proven experience of working in a care settingA good team playerHave a genuine desire to care for othersGood verbal and written communication skillsThe successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of £13.45 per hour and the annual salary is £25,178.40 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 36 hours a week on a mix of shifts.
