Job TitlePart‐time Care Assistant – 16 hours per week at Horton Mill Court, Hanbury Road, Droitwich.

Pay: £13.26–£14.56 per hour (enhanced for evenings & weekends).

About The RoleWe are looking for a caring and dependable individual to support residents in an elegant Retirement Living PLUS development.

Key Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily domestic tasks such as appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping.

Support social activities and wellbeing routines.

Promote independence, dignity, and community engagement.

Provide individual care packages as required.

Fully paid training – Level 2 or 3 in Adult Care.

Requirements

Experience of at least 1 year in a UK health and social care role.

Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.

Passionate, caring, dependable personality.

Residence within commuting distance of the development.
