Key Responsibilities

Deliver personal care that is tailored to the customer and encourages their independence

Assist with personal care such as washing, dressing, toileting, and mobility

Manage medication and prepare meals

Take care of household tasks like laundry, cleaning, shopping, and errands

Support customers in staying connected to their community through social activities, hobbies, and visits from loved ones

Offer comfort and care during illness, hospital visits, or end‐of‐life care

Work independently while staying connected with our care team for support and guidance

Qualifications

A kind and caring nature

Ability to live with customers for agreed shifts

Follow care plans and Bluebird Care Policies

Commit to training, professionalism, and confidentiality

Have a Right to Work in the UK

Previous experience is beneficial but not necessary
