About the RoleCommunity Care Assistant – Make a Real Impact!

Key Information

Pay Rate: £14 per hour

Experience: No experience needed – full training + shadowing provided

Hours: Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available

Weekend Work: Weekend availability required (flexible rota)

Mileage Rate: Higher hourly pay, claim mileage separately via HMRC

Non-Mileage Rate: Slightly lower pay, mileage paid through payroll

Please note: Due to personal care needs of our female clients, this role is open to female applicants only , as permitted under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010 (Genuine Occupational Requirement).

Providing person-centred home care

Supporting with meals, medication, and daily tasks

Offering companionship & emotional support

Helping with appointments, shopping & social outings

Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
