Job Title: Care Assistant – Mornings & Flexible Hours

Location: Fareham

Pay: £16.59 – £17.15 per hour (weekday/weekend and holiday pay included)

Job Type: Part-time, Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekend availability (at least 3 days a week)

Availability

Morning shifts: 7:00–13:00 (option to extend into the afternoon for extra hours)

Flexible day shifts: 9:30–13:00 and 17:15–22:00 (afternoon free)

Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Right to work in the UK

Availability for every other weekend

What the work actually looks likeYou will help clients maintain independence in their own homes – supporting with personal care, meal preparation, medication prompts, and friendly conversation. Some days may involve accompanying clients to GP appointments.
