Female Night Senior Complex Carer!Night Shift Senior £17.25 – £19.33Work across our East-Kent Hub, covering areas including Whitstable, Canterbury, Herne Bay, and Thanet as a Night Senior Complex Carer!

About the Role:As a Senior Complex Carer you'll have the opportunity to provide long-term support to individuals and their families, working closely with all clients within the East Kent area.

Location : Whitstable, Herne Bay, Thanet, Canterbury and surrounding areas

Shift Pattern : typically 10- 12 hour Wake and Sleep Night shifts

Client Focus : One client per shift

Rota : Set rota with optional overtime or potential for a rolling rota of 3 shifts on and 3 shifts off

All new team members attend a week-long, fully funded classroom training program covering standard to advanced skills like gastrostomy and tracheostomy care, preparing you confidently for your first shift.

Responsibilities

To provide a high standard of care to our clients each with differing healthcare requirements.

To provide care interventions: personal care, medication administration, tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, stoma care, and ventilator support.

To support new members of staff with shadow shifts and induction.

Requirements

Experience with tracheostomy, PEG and ventilation care.

Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

12 months UK care experience and full right to work.

Possession of, or willingness to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.

Confident, positive interpersonal skills with leadership abilities.
