Our client is currently recruiting Healthcare Assistants, Carers, and Support Workers to join their growing team across Crawley. We have several roles available including Live-In, Complex Care and Night Care. If you have over 12 months experience in care, we'd love to hear from you!

About the Role:

Providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes or supported living environments.

Assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and promoting independence.

Supporting emotional wellbeing and building positive relationships.

Following care plans and working as part of a supportive team.

What We're Looking For:

Good communication skills.

Experience is preferred but not essential – full training provided.
