We're looking for genuinely caring, hands‐on female Support Workers who are passionate about enhancing the quality of life of those we support. As a support worker you will help people gain more independence in their daily lives, working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people.

Our supported living service in Carno is a welcoming and friendly environment. You can be sure that no two days will be the same! You'll enhance the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing many activities. One day you could be out with the people we support in local bars and pubs, the next you might be unwinding with them playing video games, watching films or going to the cinema.

This is an amazing role for someone who wants to really make a difference to someone's life and help them grow in confidence and independence so that they meet their goals, whether that be making dinner by themselves or going on holiday.

Why choose us? You don't need experience to be a fantastic Support Worker – we need a passion for enhancing quality of life, a desire to learn and a genuine caring attitude. You must hold a full UK driving licence.

We embrace differences and encourage you to be yourself, and as long as you have the passion to make someone's life better, we can give you the skills and development opportunities you need to build a great career.

Our training programme starts at induction and continues throughout your career with opportunities for promotion and progression, and job security in a leading organisation.

All applicants and subsequent job offers will be subject to satisfactory DBS checks and references.

Some of our roles require male or female employees only, where this is indicated it is a genuine occupational requirement, in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.
