Prime Video's International Publicity team is seeking a talented, creative, and self‐motivated placement student to join the Series & Movies PR team as the International Publicity Intern. This individual is responsible for supporting the day‐to‐day co‐ordination of international publicity campaigns for Amazon Original Series and Movies. You will work closely with senior members of the team to navigate a number of projects and titles and dive into the details of various internal and external requests. Solid written, verbal, and organizational skills are required, as well as the ability to collaborate and be an effective team player in a fast‐paced environment.

This individual will be based in London and report into the International Publicity team.

Key Job Responsibilities

Support the senior International PR team on series and movie campaigns.

Global Original screener distribution across international territories.

Coordinate monthly Global Original what's on newsletters for international PR teams, through the use of internal AI platforms.

Help track and maintain series budgets and campaign success metrics.

Work closely with a network of PR agencies and local PR teams to support coordination of PR campaigns across multiple regions.

International slate coordination.

Management of the international "best in practice" PR tactics toolkit.

Keep up to date with internal AI progression and tools and assist with leveling up international team skills and adoption.

Create new vendors and purchase orders; PO troubleshooting.

Keep current on trends, issues and news about both the business and consumer worlds of television and entertainment in general – and flag FYIs to the team.

Coordinate logistics for talent tours and junkets globally, when applicable.

Basic Qualifications

Speak, write, and read fluently in English.

Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.

Be enrolled in a Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Interest and knowledge of the entertainment industry and a passion for pop‐culture and entertainment.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to work hard and get the job done, even when at times it is outside the scope of the role.

Extremely detail‐oriented with an ability to multitask in a fast‐paced, high‐energy environment.

Willingness/availability to travel and work extended hours, including weekends when necessary.

Enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree with an inbuilt placement/sandwich year programme, ideally in Business, Communications, Media Studies or similar degrees.
