Employment Type: Part-time (22 hours per week) / Night ShiftsAs a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding our residents privacy, dignity and independence at all times.Your role is to create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere ; putting residents needs first , providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual . We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.No previous experience is required for this role as we will provide full training , therefore if this is your first role in Care we will support you fully .
