OverviewQuick onboarding process

Care Assistants required for Nottingham in the NG5 based care home, specialising in care of residents with dementia and other age‐related illnesses.

This role is all about helping residents to live happy, enriched lives, providing a friendly face and aiding them in their day‐to‐day routines. As you get to know the residents you support, you will be able to recognise and help them achieve their personal goals.

ResponsibilitiesAdditional responsibilities may also include:

Domestic tasks

Following health and safety guidelines and condition update reports

Personal care

Assisting with day‐to‐day activities

Promoting independence

Assisting with feeding, dressing and bathing

QualificationsIf you wish to be considered for this rewarding role you must have the following:

Proven experience within a similar care environment

Checkable work history

Up to date mandatory training documents: Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults, Moving and Handling, and Infection Control (online training available at an added fee if certificates are missing)

In‐date enhanced DBS check (we can arrange a new one if expired)

Other informationWe do not offer visa sponsorships

This is an ongoing opportunity.

You will be working from Monday to Friday starting at 07.00 and finishing at 14.00.

You will be paid an hourly rate of £12.35 per hour plus up to 28 accrued holiday pay.
