Role OverviewAs a Health Care Assistant, you will assist clients with daily living activities, implement care plans, and provide companionship. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and wellbeing of those in your care.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssist clients with bathing, dressing, and meal preparationSupport implementation of individual care plansMonitor and record health information, reporting changes to office staffProvide companionship and emotional supportMaintain cleanliness and organisation in clients' homesDrive clients to appointments or social activitiesCollaborate with healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care

Required Skills and ExperienceProficiency in English with strong communication skillsValid UK driving licence (required for transporting clients)Compassionate, reliable, and respectful attitudeStrong interpersonal skills1 year of care experience (preferred)Familiarity with care plans and documentationBasic IT skills for record keeping
