Health Care Assistant - Twilight Hours

Are you passionate about providing care and support to others? We are currently seeking a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our team to provide support during the evening. This role is ideal for someone who may only be able to work a shorter shift assisting our residents settle comfortably for the night. Location: Maplewood Court, Northumberland Avenue, Maidstone ME15 7TA

Hours: 14 hours per week

Pay: £13.20 per hour

Contract: Part-time

Shift: Evenings (7pm to 11pm, alternating pattern of 4 shifts one week and 3 the next)

What you will be doing

Providing excellent care and support to our residents during the evening.

Supporting residents with getting ready for bed.

Providing companionship and emotional support.

Helping with supper, drinks and light refreshments.

Actively participating in various training and up‐skilling sessions.

Working closely with team members and management team.

What you need

A can‐do attitude.

Be a compassionate and caring person.

Be a true team player.

Have experience working as a Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker – This is advantageous but not essential as full training is given.

Be reliable and able to work evening hours.
